Job Summary
Lead teams in delivering exceptional Southern Hospitality experiences by actively seeking staff development opportunities and communicating effectively with all guests. Maintain strict adherence to BoFood and BoLabor systems, uphold operational standards through manager walks, and take corrective action when necessary. Drive traffic, sales, and profitability by engaging in community relationships, recruitment, and sales growth initiatives while managing inventory and understanding restaurant P&L results. Ensure safety, security, and compliance with all LTO processes and deadlines. Work flexible morning, evening, or weekend shifts, including weekends, with a required 50-hour work week.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years' management experience
- 18 years or older
- Able to read, write and speak English
- Must possess a valid driver's license, and access to reliable transportation
- Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a required 50-hour work week
- Prior supervisory experience with a coaching mindset
- Prior onboarding experience with employees at all levels
- Prior Microsoft Office Experience
- Prior cash handling and bank deposit experience
- Ability to multi-task and lead teams in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to bend, stand, kneel frequently lifting 25+lbs
