Job Summary
Lead teams to deliver exceptional Southern Hospitality experiences by actively seeking growth opportunities, communicating effectively with guests, and taking an active role with new team members. Maintain adherence to all systems and processes, including BoFood and BoLabor, while upholding standards and taking corrective action when necessary. Drive traffic, sales, and profitability by engaging in external community relationships for recruitment and sales growth, managing inventory, and understanding restaurant P&L results. Reduce R&M through proper manager walks, process execution, and timely escalation of opportunities. Empower team members to maintain WOW guest service with every interaction. Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a required 50-hour work week.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years' management experience
- 18 years or older
- Able to read, write and speak English
- Must possess a valid driver's license, and access to reliable transportation
- Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a required 50-hour work week
- Prior supervisory experience with a coaching mindset
- Prior onboarding experience with employees at all levels
- Prior Microsoft Office Experience
- Prior cash handling and bank deposit experience
- Ability to multi-task and lead teams in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to bend, stand, kneel frequently lifting 25+lbs
