Job Summary
Lead your team in delivering exceptional Southern Hospitality by driving traffic, sales, and profitability through a customer-centric culture. Actively seek growth opportunities for staff, communicate effectively with all guests, and take an active role in onboarding new team members. Uphold standards and corrective actions regarding BoFood and BoLabor systems, reduce R&M through proper manager walks, and foster external community relationships including recruitment and sales growth via digital platforms and catering. Manage inventory, understand restaurant P&L results, and ensure safety and security standards are met. Engage in all LTO training and POP by deadlines while maintaining a coaching mindset in a fast-paced environment requiring 50-hour work weeks across any shift.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years' management experience
- 18 years or older
- Able to read, write and speak English
- Must possess a valid driver's license, and access to reliable transportation
- Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a required 50-hour work week
- Prior supervisory experience with a coaching mindset
- Prior onboarding experience with employees at all levels
- Prior Microsoft Office Experience
- Prior cash handling and bank deposit experience
- Ability to multi-task and lead teams in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to bend, stand, kneel frequently lifting 25+lbs
