Job Summary
Lead teams to deliver exceptional Southern Hospitality experiences by actively seeking staff development opportunities and communicating effectively with all guests. Maintain strict adherence to systems, processes, and safety standards while reducing R&M through proper manager walks and timely escalations. Drive traffic, sales, and profitability by engaging in external community relationships, recruitment, and sales growth via digital platforms and catering. Manage inventory, understand restaurant P&L results, and empower team members to uphold WOW guest service standards. Available for flexible hours including mornings, evenings, and weekends, with a required 50-hour work week.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years' management experience
- 18 years or older
- Able to read, write and speak English
- Must possess a valid driver's license, and access to reliable transportation
- Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a required 50-hour work week
- Prior supervisory experience with a coaching mindset
- Prior onboarding experience with employees at all levels
- Prior Microsoft Office Experience
- Prior cash handling and bank deposit experience
- Ability to multi-task and lead teams in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to bend, stand, kneel frequently lifting 25+lbs
