Job Summary
Lead teams to deliver exceptional Southern Hospitality experiences by driving traffic, sales, and profitability through customer-centric culture. Actively recruit, onboard, and coach employees while maintaining strict adherence to BoFood, BoLabor, and safety standards. Manage inventory, oversee P&L results, and reduce R&M via manager walks and timely escalations. Engage in external community relationships for recruitment and sales growth, including digital platforms and catering. Work any shift, seven days a week, with a required 50-hour work week.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years' management experience
- 18 years or older
- Able to read, write and speak English
- Must possess a valid driver's license, and access to reliable transportation
- Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a required 50-hour work week
- Prior supervisory experience with a coaching mindset
- Prior onboarding experience with employees at all levels
- Prior Microsoft Office Experience
- Prior cash handling and bank deposit experience
- Ability to multi-task and lead teams in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to bend, stand, kneel frequently lifting 25+lbs
