Job Summary
Lead your team in delivering exceptional Southern Hospitality experiences by driving traffic, sales, and profitability through a customer-centric culture. Actively seek growth opportunities for staff, communicate effectively with all guests, and take an active role in onboarding new team members. Serve as a subject matter expert adhering to all systems, processes, BoFood, and BoLabor standards while maintaining and correcting operational standards. Reduce R&M through proper manager walks, process execution, and timely escalation. Engage with external communities for recruitment and sales growth via digital platforms and catering. Manage inventory, uphold safety and security standards, and participate in all LTO cycles including training and POP. Understand restaurant P&L results and how quality, service, and cleanliness impact sales. Work flexible morning, evening, or weekend shifts, 7 days a week, with a required 50-hour work week.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years' management experience
- 18 years or older
- Able to read, write and speak English
- Must possess a valid driver's license, and access to reliable transportation
- Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a required 50-hour work week
- Prior supervisory experience with a coaching mindset
- Prior onboarding experience with employees at all levels
- Prior Microsoft Office Experience
- Prior cash handling and bank deposit experience
- Ability to multi-task and lead teams in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to bend, stand, kneel frequently lifting 25+lbs
