Restaurant General Manager

Lead teams to deliver exceptional Southern Hospitality experiences by driving traffic, sales, and profitability through a customer-centric culture. Actively seek growth opportunities for staff, communicate effectively with internal and external guests, and take an active role with new team members. Maintain subject matter expertise in all systems, including BoFood and BoLabor, while upholding standards and taking corrective action when needed. Reduce R&M through proper manager walks, process execution, and timely escalation of opportunities. Engage in external community relationships, recruitment, and sales growth via digital platforms and catering. Manage inventory, participate in LTO cycles, and ensure safety and security standards are met. Work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and any shift, seven days a week, with a required 50-hour work week.
