Job Summary
Lead teams to deliver exceptional Southern Hospitality experiences by actively seeking staff development opportunities and communicating effectively with all guests. Drive traffic, sales, and profitability through inventory management, P&L oversight, and community engagement including recruitment and catering. Maintain operational excellence by adhering to all systems, enforcing safety standards, and reducing R&M via manager walks and timely escalations. Empower employees to uphold WOW guest service while engaging in all LTO training cycles. Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a required 50-hour work week.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years' management experience
- 18 years or older
- Able to read, write and speak English
- Must possess a valid driver's license, and access to reliable transportation
- Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a required 50-hour work week
- Prior supervisory experience with a coaching mindset
- Prior onboarding experience with employees at all levels
- Prior Microsoft Office Experience
- Prior cash handling and bank deposit experience
- Ability to multi-task and lead teams in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to bend, stand, kneel frequently lifting 25+lbs
