Job Summary
Lead teams in delivering exceptional Southern Hospitality experiences by actively seeking staff development opportunities and communicating effectively with all guests. Maintain operational excellence through active onboarding of new members, adhering to all systems including BoFood and BoLabor, and taking corrective action when standards are not met. Drive profitability by increasing same-store growth through sales and guest counts, managing inventory, and engaging in external community relationships for recruitment and catering. Reduce R&M via proper manager walks and timely escalations while upholding safety standards and participating in all LTO cycles. Available for any shift, 7 days a week, with a required 50-hour work week.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years' management experience
- 18 years or older
- Able to read, write and speak English
- Must possess a valid driver's license, and access to reliable transportation
- Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a required 50-hour work week
- Prior supervisory experience with a coaching mindset
- Prior onboarding experience with employees at all levels
- Prior Microsoft Office Experience
- Prior cash handling and bank deposit experience
- Ability to multi-task and lead teams in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to bend, stand, kneel frequently lifting 25+lbs
