Restaurant General Manager

Lead teams to deliver exceptional Southern Hospitality experiences by driving traffic, sales, and profitability while maintaining a customer-centric culture. Actively seek growth opportunities for staff, communicate effectively with all guests, and take an active role in onboarding new team members. Serve as a subject matter expert adhering to all systems, ensuring BoFood and BoLabor standards are upheld through proper manager walks and timely corrective action. Engage in external community relationships for recruitment and sales growth, actively participate in inventory management, and reduce R&M through process execution. Manage P&L results, understand how quality and cleanliness impact sales, and demonstrate safety and security standards throughout the LTO life cycle. Work any shift, seven days a week, with a required 50-hour work week.
