Job Summary
Lead your team in delivering exceptional Southern Hospitality experiences while driving traffic, sales growth, and profitability through a customer-centric culture. Actively seek staff development opportunities, communicate effectively with all guests, and ensure adherence to all systems, processes, and safety standards including BoFood and BoLabor. Uphold operational excellence by conducting manager walks, reducing R&M, managing inventory, and engaging in external community relationships for recruitment and sales. Empower team members to maintain high service standards while understanding restaurant P&L results and participating in all LTO initiatives. Available for any shift, seven days a week, with a required 50-hour work week.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years' management experience
- 18 years or older
- Able to read, write and speak English
- Must possess a valid driver's license, and access to reliable transportation
- Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a required 50-hour work week
- Prior supervisory experience with a coaching mindset
- Prior onboarding experience with employees at all levels
- Prior Microsoft Office Experience
- Prior cash handling and bank deposit experience
- Ability to multi-task and lead teams in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to bend, stand, kneel frequently lifting 25+lbs
