Job Summary
Lead teams in delivering exceptional Southern Hospitality experiences by actively seeking staff development opportunities, communicating effectively with all guests, and ensuring adherence to systems, BoFood, and BoLabor standards. Drive traffic, sales, and profitability through inventory management, external community engagement including digital platforms and catering, and reducing R&M via manager walks and timely escalations. Empower team members to maintain WOW guest service while understanding restaurant P&L results and how quality, service, and cleanliness impact revenue. Manage all safety, security, and LTO lifecycle requirements including training and POP deadlines. Work any shift, seven days a week, with a required 50-hour work week.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years' management experience
- 18 years or older
- Able to read, write and speak English
- Must possess a valid driver's license, and access to reliable transportation
- Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a required 50-hour work week
- Prior supervisory experience with a coaching mindset
- Prior onboarding experience with employees at all levels
- Prior Microsoft Office Experience
- Prior cash handling and bank deposit experience
- Ability to multi-task and lead teams in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to bend, stand, kneel frequently lifting 25+lbs
