Job Summary
Lead your team in delivering exceptional Southern Hospitality experiences while driving traffic, sales, and profitability through a customer-centric culture. Manage people development, enforce adherence to BoFood and BoLabor systems, and uphold safety standards through active manager walks and timely escalations. Increase same-store growth by engaging in community relationships, recruitment, and sales initiatives, while actively participating in inventory management and understanding restaurant P&L results. Maintain outstanding guest and employee experiences by empowering staff and ensuring all operational processes are executed correctly. Available for any shift, seven days a week, with a required 50-hour work week.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years' management experience
- 18 years or older
- Able to read, write and speak English
- Must possess a valid driver's license, and access to reliable transportation
- Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a required 50-hour work week
- Prior supervisory experience with a coaching mindset
- Prior onboarding experience with employees at all levels
- Prior Microsoft Office Experience
- Prior cash handling and bank deposit experience
- Ability to multi-task and lead teams in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to bend, stand, kneel frequently lifting 25+lbs
