Restaurant General Manager

Lead your team in delivering exceptional Southern Hospitality by driving traffic, sales, and profitability through a customer-centric culture. Actively seek growth opportunities for staff, communicate effectively with all guests, and take an active role in onboarding new team members. Maintain subject matter expertise in BoFood and BoLabor systems while upholding standards and taking corrective action when necessary. Reduce R&M through proper manager walks, process execution, and timely escalation of opportunities. Engage in external community relationships to foster recruitment and sales growth via digital platforms and catering. Manage inventory, understand restaurant P&L results, and ensure all safety and security standards are met. Participate fully in LTO cycles, including training and POP by deadlines. Work any shift, seven days a week, with a required 50-hour work week.
