Job Summary
Lead restaurant operations by driving traffic, sales, and profitability while maintaining a customer-centric culture. Actively seek growth opportunities for team members and communicate effectively with all guests. Uphold standards through proper manager walks, process execution, and timely escalation of issues. Engage in external community relationships to support recruitment and sales growth via digital platforms and catering. Manage inventory, understand P&L results, and ensure adherence to safety, security, and all systems including BoFood and BoLabor. Participate in all LTO initiatives and training by deadlines. Available for flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and a 50-hour work week. Requires a valid driver's license and 3+ years of management experience.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years' management experience
- 18 years or older
- Able to read, write and speak English
- Must possess a valid driver's license, and access to reliable transportation
- Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a required 50-hour work week
- Prior supervisory experience with a coaching mindset
- Prior onboarding experience with employees at all levels
- Prior Microsoft Office Experience
- Prior cash handling and bank deposit experience
- Ability to multi-task and lead teams in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to bend, stand, kneel frequently lifting 25+lbs
