Restaurant General Manager

Lead your team in delivering exceptional Southern Hospitality experiences by driving traffic, sales, and profitability through a customer-centric culture. Actively seek growth opportunities for staff, communicate effectively with all guests, and take an active role in onboarding new members. Serve as a subject matter expert adhering to all systems, including BoFood and BoLabor, while maintaining standards and taking corrective action when necessary. Reduce R&M through proper manager walks, process execution, and timely escalation. Engage in external community relationships for recruitment and sales growth, including digital platforms and catering. Manage inventory, understand restaurant P&L results, and ensure safety and security standards are upheld. Participate in all LTO activities throughout the lifecycle, including training and POP by deadlines. Work flexible morning, evening, or weekend shifts, including weekends, with a required 50-hour work week.
