Job Summary
Lead your team in delivering exceptional Southern Hospitality by actively seeking growth opportunities for staff and communicating effectively with all guests. Drive traffic, sales, and profitability through inventory management, P&L oversight, and community engagement including recruitment and catering. Maintain strict adherence to safety, security, and operational standards like BoFood and BoLabor while empowering employees to uphold WOW service levels. Reduce R&M via manager walks and timely escalations, ensuring all LTO training and POP deadlines are met. Work any shift, seven days a week, with a required 50-hour work week.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years' management experience
- 18 years or older
- Able to read, write and speak English
- Must possess a valid driver's license, and access to reliable transportation
- Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a required 50-hour work week
- Prior supervisory experience with a coaching mindset
- Prior onboarding experience with employees at all levels
- Prior Microsoft Office Experience
- Prior cash handling and bank deposit experience
- Ability to multi-task and lead teams in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to bend, stand, kneel frequently lifting 25+lbs
