Directly supervise and develop restaurant and service-team members across all operating hours, ensuring safety, sanitation, customer satisfaction, and adherence to brand standards. Responsible for planning and managing restaurant operations, manpower and training, driving financial performance and profit, maintaining a positive work environment, and recruiting/retaining an effective management team. The role demands strong leadership, communication, and operational oversight to achieve quality service, regulatory compliance, and business growth in a high-volume dining setting. The position requires extensive standing and physical stamina, familiarity with health inspections and chemical safety, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
