Job Summary
Operational leader of an upscale casual restaurant responsible for maintaining service standards, developing managers and team members, driving financial performance, and ensuring consistent execution across all departments. Lead a team of 20+ employees, oversee daily operations, guest experience, staffing, and costs, while partnering with ownership to influence operational excellence and long-term growth. Requires strong P&L acumen, staff development, scheduling and payroll coordination, vendor and inventory management, food safety, and the ability to sustain high-quality guest experiences during busy service periods.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of Restaurant General Manager experience
- Strong P&L management experience
- Experience leading upscale casual restaurant operations
- Inventory, purchasing, and vendor management experience
- Scheduling and payroll experience
- Proven team development and coaching abilities
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Food safety knowledge
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- English language proficiency required
