Job Summary
The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for the operational and fiscal effectiveness of the restaurant, ensuring compliance with Company standards and regulations related to safety, employee relations, and financial objectives. Key responsibilities include recruiting, training, and developing staff; ensuring customer satisfaction; maintaining financial controls; ensuring compliance with health and safety standards; managing operational efficiencies; and implementing marketing programs. A qualified candidate should have at least three years of relevant restaurant management experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and food safety certification as required.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Three (3) years of restaurant management experience, including P&L responsibility.
- Proven experience managing all shifts without supervision.
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced studies in business, restaurant management, or related field preferred.
- Food safety certification according to state or local requirements.
Additional Requirements
- Reliable transportation and maintain a valid driver’s license and insurance for positions that require driving.
