Job Summary
The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for ensuring operational and fiscal effectiveness, adherence to company standards, guest service, food and employee safety, and employee relations. Key duties include recruiting and developing staff, managing financials to protect company assets, ensuring compliance with regulations, and leading the restaurant team to achieve 100% guest satisfaction. Position requires a minimum of three years of restaurant management experience, a high school diploma, and food safety certification.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Three (3) years of restaurant management experience with P&L responsibility
- Food safety certification according to state or local requirements
- Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license and insurance
