Job Summary
The Restaurant General Manager is accountable for operational and fiscal effectiveness within the restaurant, ensuring compliance with all Company standards, policies, and government regulations regarding food safety, employee relations, and financial management. Responsibilities include recruiting, training and developing staff, managing guest satisfaction, handling financial controls, maintaining operational compliance, and executing marketing programs. Candidates must possess a High School diploma, a minimum of three years of restaurant management experience with P&L responsibility, and food safety certification.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Three (3) years of restaurant management experience including P&L responsibility
- Food safety certification according to state or local requirements
- Reliable transportation and maintain a valid driver’s license and insurance

- Advanced studies in business, restaurant management, or related field
