Job Summary
The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for providing excellent operations management in a restaurant setting. Key responsibilities include adhering to company standards, developing and training staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, managing finances and compliance with company policies, maintaining operational effectiveness, and representing the company positively. Ideal candidates will have at least three years of management experience, a high school diploma, and strong leadership abilities.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Three (3) years of restaurant management experience, which includes P&L responsibility and proven experience managing all shifts without supervision.
- Reliable transportation and maintain a valid driver’s license and insurance.
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced studies in business, restaurant management, or related field preferred.
- Food safety certification according to state or local requirements.
