Job Summary
The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for the overall operations management of the restaurant, ensuring compliance with company and government regulations, and achieving guest satisfaction. Key responsibilities include recruiting, training, and developing staff; managing financial controllables; enforcing food safety and cleanliness standards; and implementing marketing programs. The role requires at least three years of restaurant management experience with P&L responsibility, a high school diploma, and food safety certification. Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Three (3) years of restaurant management experience including P&L responsibility
- Food safety certification according to state or local requirements
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license and insurance

- Advanced studies in business, restaurant management, or related field
