Restaurant General Manager

General Managers are responsible for providing guidance and leadership to the team to create a positive culture and maintain high team morale. You will execute and assist in the development of action plans according to company goals and objectives, manage and oversee daily restaurant operations focusing on staffing, team member development, sales growth, cost management, guest experience, and ensuring brand standards are upheld. Responsibilities include completing training requirements, ensuring restaurant delivers great experiences to guests, maintaining staffing levels, coaching and developing team members, creating schedules to drive sales and control labor costs, planning and delegating shift assignments, maintaining service/product quality and cleanliness, fostering a positive culture, managing profitability, building community relationships, and ensuring compliance with guidelines and policies. Additional duties include performance reviews, record-keeping, safety compliance, and handling guest and team member concerns. Qualifications emphasize high school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred), 3-5 years of management experience, and restaurant management experience.
