Job Summary
The Restaurant General Manager is accountable for operational and fiscal effectiveness, ensuring compliance with company and government regulations. Responsibilities include developing team members, managing guest relations for 100% satisfaction, overseeing financial controls, ensuring operational standards and cleanliness, complying with all policies, and executing marketing strategies. Successful candidates will have strong management experience, food safety certification, and demonstrate effective leadership and organizational skills.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Three (3) years of restaurant management experience with P&L responsibility
- Food safety certification according to state or local requirements
- Reliable transportation and maintain a valid driver’s license and insurance for positions requiring driving
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced studies in business, restaurant management, or related field preferred
Additional Requirements
- Must maintain an acceptable driving record (MVR) for certain positions
