Job Summary
The Restaurant General Manager oversees the operational and fiscal effectiveness of the restaurant, ensuring compliance with Company and government regulations, and maintaining product integrity. Responsibilities include recruiting, training, and developing team members, managing financial systems, maintaining cleanliness and safety procedures, and executing marketing programs. A successful candidate will have at least three years of restaurant management experience, strong leadership skills, the ability to manage financials, and ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Three (3) years of restaurant management experience with P&L responsibility
- Food safety certification according to state or local requirements
- Reliable transportation and maintain a valid driver’s license and insurance for positions that require driving
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced studies in business, restaurant management, or related field
