Job Summary
The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for the operational and fiscal effectiveness of the restaurant. Key responsibilities include managing guest services, employee relations, financial controls, and compliance with regulations. The RGM will lead and develop restaurant teams, ensure timely performance reviews, manage financial metrics, and guarantee guest satisfaction. Must maintain standards in food safety, sanitation, and training programs. Requires a high school diploma, three years of management experience, and relevant certifications.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Three (3) years of restaurant management experience with P&L responsibility
- Food safety certification according to state or local requirements
- Reliable transportation and maintain a valid driver’s license and insurance
