Job Summary
The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for the operational and fiscal effectiveness of the restaurant, ensuring compliance with all Company and government regulations. Key responsibilities include recruiting, training, and developing restaurant staff; overseeing guest services to achieve 100% satisfaction; managing financial controllables and audits; and executing marketing programs. This role requires a High School diploma, three years of restaurant management experience with P&L responsibility, food safety certification, and reliable transportation. Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills are essential for success in this position.
Required Qualifications
- Three (3) years of restaurant management experience
- Food safety certification according to state or local requirements
- Reliable transportation and maintain a valid driver’s license and insurance

- Advanced studies in business, restaurant management, or related field
Additional Requirements
- Must maintain an acceptable driving record (MVR) for positions requiring significant business driving
