Job Summary
Lead the team with full responsibility for shift management, food and beverage quality, and P&L accountability. Hire, train, and motivate staff across all hourly roles while executing brand standards and driving local marketing initiatives. Maintain genuine hospitality by scanning rooms, anticipating issues, and aligning daily operations with the GAPCo vision. Manage the team through late-night shifts, including closing at 1 am and 3 am, while fostering a fun, people-focused culture.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of management experience
- substantial experience (5+ years) as a General Manager of a mid to high-volume, fast casual (quick service) to casual dining restaurants
- Must have held a 'general manager' role, which includes full P&L responsibility and accountability with proven success
- Must possess the knowledge of genuine hospitality
- Being a night owl
- Experience leading a team to provide the best customer service to our guests
- Ability to anticipate issues and solve them before they become problems
- A mindset of always being willing to learn and the ability to think outside the pizza box

- Pizza experience is a plus

- Deliver the highest quality of food and beverage
- Consistent execution of all systems, standards, and processes
