Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, manage the Profit and Loss statement, and maintain high standards for cleanliness, equipment, and safety. Nurtur, grow, and retain your team while fostering a culture of excellent customer service and friendly delivery. Ensure compliance with all laws, Brands, and Mitra standards, and deliver quality food quickly in a clean environment. Manage finances, mentor staff, and uphold operational excellence across the three key business areas.
Required Qualifications
- Effective communication skills
- Must be at least 18 years old with valid U.S. ID
- Willing to undergo a criminal background check and be able to work with minors
- Must be flexible with work hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs
- Ability to stand for lengthy periods and lift up to twenty-five pounds
- Reliable transportation to and from work
