Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, manage the Profit and Loss statement, and ensure compliance with Brands and Mitra standards. Lead and mentor the team to foster a positive culture of excellent customer service, while maintaining high standards for cleanliness, equipment, and food quality. Deliver friendly service and quick turnaround to ensure guests have great experiences. Manage finances and adhere to all laws and regulations. Work flexible hours including weekends and holidays, with typical closing by 11pm. Required Qualifications
- Effective communication skills
- Must be at least 18 years old with valid U.S. ID
- Willing to undergo a criminal background check and be able to work with minors
- Must be flexible with work hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs
- Ability to stand for lengthy periods and lift up to twenty-five pounds
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Be willing to have fun and be part of the Mitra culture
