Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, manage the Profit and Loss statement, and ensure strict adherence to all laws, regulations, and Brands/Mitra standards. Lead and mentor the team to foster a positive environment, delivering excellent customer service through friendly interactions, cleanliness, and quality food. Maintain high operational standards for equipment and facility safety while managing flexible schedules that include weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Effective communication skills
- Must be at least 18 years old with valid U.S. ID
- Willing to undergo a criminal background check and be able to work with minors
- Must be flexible with work hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs
- Ability to stand for lengthy periods and lift up to twenty-five pounds
- Reliable transportation to and from work
