Job Summary
Provide professional support to customers in the restaurant; greet customers and offer assistance, handle queries courteously, identify customer needs through interaction, and help ensure an enjoyable dining experience. Work closely with the Restaurant Manager to support the business; maintain hygiene and housekeeping standards per company guidelines. Rota includes Monday, Thursday, and Saturday shifts (10:30-15:00). Squire’s is a family-owned group of garden centres in Surrey, Sussex, Middlesex, and Berkshire with a focus on friendly, energetic, customer-centric service.
