Job Summary
Restaurant Food Prep role at DiBella's in Independence, OH. You will make subs and will be trained to run the cash register, grill, and keep the store neat and clean. First job? No experience needed. Shifts available: Day Shift (7am-3pm), Day Shift (8am-4pm), Day Shift (9am-5pm). Great for those starting out; includes paid training, paid weekly, and an equal opportunity to join the team. Responsibilities include preparing subs, learning to operate the register and grill, maintaining a clean dining area, and delivering friendly service to guests. Requirements include being 18+, ability to stand and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs, reading the crew handbook, multitasking, and effective communication with customers and coworkers.
