Job Summary
Coach Certified Trainers and support new team member onboarding to ensure consistent training standards across Slim Chickens restaurants. Reinforce operational procedures, brand standards, and menu updates while identifying future leaders within restaurant teams. Provide real-time coaching during live service and partner with restaurant leadership to align training priorities with operational needs. Communicate progress, performance feedback, and training gaps to the Field Training Manager to maintain Certified Training Restaurant expectations. This role requires peak hour availability, some travel between locations, and experience as a Shift Manager or Certified Trainer.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year restaurant leadership experience preferred
- Experience as a Certified Trainer or Shift Manager strongly preferred
- This position requires the ability to work in restaurant operations during peak business hours, actively coaching and supporting team members during live service
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- High School Diploma or equivalent

- Familiarity with restaurant technology such as POS, KDS, tablets, and mobile systems

- Some travel between restaurants may be required
