Complete prepared dishes with condiments, ramekins, and garnishes in proper positions according to taught procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work area by sweeping and wiping down surfaces. Ensure every dish is pleasing to the eye as the last line of defense for food quality. Work quickly and efficiently within a team while following standardized procedures for long periods of standing or walking.
