Lead and mentor multiple Popeyes general managers to drive performance across locations, coordinating training, coaching, and development to optimize guest experience, food quality, and operations. Drive business growth by analyzing data trends, refining inventory and cost-control processes, and guiding managers through goal setting, performance feedback, and staff development. Oversee recruitment and ongoing development of managers, conduct training on guest experience, conflict resolution, and employee satisfaction, and model leadership by recognizing high performance and fostering a positive work culture. This role embodies hands-on leadership, operational excellence, and a focus on people development within a fast-food franchise environment.
Required Qualifications
