Restaurant Dishwasher

Maintain dish room cleanliness by arranging soiled dishes, pre-rinsing items, loading trays, and washing pots and pans in a 3-compartment sink. Air dry utensils without stacking, stock kitchen personnel and servers with clean dishes, and keep the dish area, prep kitchen, and restrooms organized and dry. Perform side work during downtime including rolling silverware, restocking condiments, cleaning work areas and bathrooms, and assisting with food deliveries and trash removal. Support kitchen staff with safe food handling practices and report issues to management.
