Job Summary
Clean dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashers or by hand. Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in a clean, orderly condition while following all Health Code Guidelines, safety policies, and store procedures. Keep dishware stocked for restaurant staff and respond to customer queries or complaints as needed. Work in wet or humid conditions near moving mechanical parts, lifting up to 25 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds. This role supports the Niemann Harvest Market culture and fosters a safe environment for all associates.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
