Job Summary
Provide guests and employees with clean and sanitized utensils, plate ware, glassware, and equipment while maintaining an orderly and efficient work area. Lift and carry cases and bus tubs of up to 70lbs multiple times per shift, and work with hands frequently immersed in water and designated mild cleaning solutions. Walk or stand for long periods of time, typically 6-8 hours, in a high-energy environment. Ensure every detail meets the standard that "Nothing Short of Right is Right," contributing to a relaxed, vacation-like atmosphere for customers at this established breakfast, brunch, and lunch destination.
Required Qualifications
- Energetic, motivated, and willing to work well in a high energy position
- Ability to lift 70lbs (lift and carry cases and bus tubs of up to 70lbs multiple times per shift)
- Must be able to walk or stand for long periods of time (6-8 hours)
- Ability to work with hands frequently immersed in water and designated mild cleaning solutions
