Job Summary
Lead restaurant operations and build an environment of operational excellence by aligning teams through performance measures that achieve business goals. Provide leadership and coaching to increase sales and profits while fostering a high-energy, high-performing culture. Develop succession plans for staffing needs, execute new restaurant openings, and ensure culinary standards are met in food safety, storage, and prep procedures. Set annual financial plans and drive continuous improvement across all areas. Work a rotating schedule including late-night hours and weekends, with an expected high presence in designated restaurants.
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record of successful P&L and operations management of at least $5-10M in AUV
- Minimum 5 years in a multi-unit food service leadership role
- Complete knowledge of MS Excel, Windows, & POS programs
- Located in the Houston Metro area
- Expected to have a high presence in designated restaurants (80%)
