Restaurant Development Specialist

Job Summary
Oversee new builds and remodel projects for YUM! Brands concepts including KFC, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, and Habit Burger & Grill by fostering relationships with franchisees, general contractors, architects, and suppliers. Perform take-offs from plans, provide accurate supplier cost comparisons, obtain quote approvals, and manage customer build schedules to align with lead times. Collaborate with the S&OP team for order status, capture development plans for forecasting, and proactively identify and resolve issues with stakeholders. Maintain project management data using reporting tools and ERP systems to ensure on-time delivery within budget. Work hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote) supporting the DES team's annual operating plan.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in supporting field projects, material supply, or 3 years' experience in order fulfillment, sales support, customer service, warehouse, or supplier management
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred experience in restaurant or retail operations
- Preferred experience with restaurant equipment and supporting construction/development projects
- Familiarity with ERP systems (Netsuite), PowerBI, SharePoint, and Knowledge Management Systems
