Greet customers, take orders, and prepare food in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee. Manage staffing and scheduling decisions, handle hiring and firing, and address discipline and wages under the franchisee's direct supervision. Ensure all employment-related matters are addressed by the independent franchisee rather than Jack in the Box Inc.
