Job Summary
As part of MOD's Restaurant Squad, Crew Members consistently deliver great customer service and the MOD Pizza experience, making pizzas, salads and more with urgency while following food safety and quality standards. You will package orders accurately, keep the restaurant clean, and help create an authentic hospitality vibe. You’ll work with your Squad Crew to deliver a welcoming environment for diverse customers and contribute to a culture where everyone belongs. Over 70% of MOD Leaders are promoted internally, and the role emphasizes teamwork, fun, and a supportive atmosphere.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrate a passion for people, enjoy connecting with fellow Squad crew members and customers
- Ability to follow processes and instructions in a consistent manner
- Have a history of consistent attendance and punctuality
- Show an interest to learn, grow and contribute to the success of the restaurant
