Job Summary
Crew Member at MOD Pizza delivers the MOD Pizza experience by preparing pizzas and salads to MOD standards, serving guests with fast, friendly hospitality, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. Responsibilities include making pizzas and salads, preparing, cooking, and packaging guest orders with timely, quality execution; adhering to food safety and storage standards; keeping the store neat and inviting; arriving on time in MOD dress code; demonstrating hospitality and teamwork; following coaching and direction from restaurant leaders; sharing knowledge to support the team and guest experience; and engaging with guests to ensure quality and consistency across busy shifts.
Required Qualifications
- No experience required; willingness and ability to follow processes and instructions consistently
- At least 16 years old; some states limit tools/appliances until 18
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Must obtain a food safety certification and/or alcohol beverage certification within 30 days of start date or sooner where required by law
