Job Summary
As part of the Restaurant Squad, you will deliver the MOD Pizza experience by making pizzas and salads, packaging orders with urgency, and following all food safety and quality standards. You’ll keep the restaurant clean and ready to deliver the best customer service, while demonstrating hospitality that is friendly, accurate, and fast on every shift. You’ll work with your Squad Crew to create an authentic customer experience vibe and support a culture where everyone belongs. This role includes opportunities for growth, with many Mod Leaders promoted internally, all while contributing to a welcoming, inclusive environment.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrate a passion for people, enjoy connecting with fellow Squad crew members and customers
- Ability to follow processes and instructions in a consistent manner
- Have a history of consistent attendance and punctuality
- Show an interest to learn, grow and contribute to the success of the restaurant
