Job Summary
Make pizzas, salads, and other menu offerings adhering to MOD standards while preparing, cooking, and packaging guest orders for timely, quality, and consistent execution. Follow all food safety prep and storage procedures, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and demonstrate hospitality fundamentals like friendly, accurate, and fast service on every shift. Show up on time in MOD dress code, welcome coaching from leaders, share knowledge with the team, and engage guests in conversation to create a memorable experience. You must be at least 16 years old, authorized to work in the United States, and obtain food safety certification within 30 days of starting.
Required Qualifications
- willingness and ability to demonstrate a passion for people, enjoy connecting with fellow squad, and guests
- ability to follow processes and instructions in a consistent manner
- history of consistent attendance and punctuality
- interest in learning, growing, and contributing to the success of MOD and your teammates
- at least 16 years old
- authorization to work in the United States
- ability to obtain a food safety certification and/or alcohol beverage certification within 30 days of your start date or sooner where required by law
