Job Summary
As a Crew Member, you will deliver the MOD Pizza experience by preparing pizzas, salads and other menu offerings to MOD standards, ensuring timely, quality, and consistent execution. You will follow food safety prep and storage procedures, keep the store welcoming and organized, and provide friendly, fast hospitality. You’ll show up on time in MOD dress code, learn from restaurant leaders, share knowledge with teammates, and engage with guests to create a memorable MOD experience. This role emphasizes teamwork, flexibility, and a willingness to learn; no prior experience is required beyond your readiness to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. The position requires being at least 16 years old, authorized to work in the United States, and obtaining necessary food safety/alcohol certifications where required.
