Job Summary
Restaurant Crew Member at DiBella's assists in making subs, and is trained to run the cash register, grill, and keep the store neat and clean. No experience needed and teens are welcome. Training is provided with paid training, flexible scheduling across day and evening shifts, and shift meals/employee discounts. Responsibilities include standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs; reading crew handbook; prioritizing tasks; multi-tasking; maintaining friendliness and efficiency; and communicating effectively with customers and co-workers.
